Maestro Saverio de Luca, son of the late Gaspare de Luca and the living Felicia Sangiorgi, marries Serafina Inserra, daughter of Maestro Girolamo Inserra and the late Rosa Ragusa, on 15 October 1786.[1]
Maestro Saverio and Serafina have at least one child, Gaspare (c. 1788), named after his paternal grandfather.
Saverio di Luca's name appears in the 1811-16 riveli, a census of taxable property, in Corleone. His farmland, probably land with olive trees, is near that of Giovanni Mustacchia, Maestro Antonino di Bello, Nunzio Navarra, Domenico Sciacchitano, and Don Giuseppe Cammarata.[2]
Maestro Gaspare marries at least twice, first to Anna Maria Birritella, on 13 February 1820.[3]
Gaspare remarries to Bernarda Vernagallo, who is also a widow, on 9 February 1858. His parents have died by this time.[4]
